We deliver to Malaysia and Singapore.
For locations outside our usual coverage, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and charges.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be disclosed before payment. Any delivery promotion applies only under its stated conditions.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed within 3 working days after payment verification and order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Peninsular Malaysia: around 3 working days.
- Sabah and Sarawak: around 7–14 days, depending on location.
- Singapore: around 7–10 days.
If an item is on pre-order or requires a different timeline, we will explain this before you confirm the purchase.
Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by courier, or you may choose to collect from our office.
Where courier tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Deliveries will be arranged using the contact details supplied with the order.
Delivery Information and Arrangements
Please provide an accurate address and a reachable telephone number.
If you need to change delivery details, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any redelivery or special delivery charges will be explained before arrangements are confirmed.
Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by public holidays, location, weather or courier disruptions. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the stated estimate.
We will assist with checking the delivery status and discussing an appropriate solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If items appear damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the items and packaging.
Installation and Demonstration
Installation, setup and product demonstration can be arranged. Any appointment and applicable charges will be confirmed before purchase.
