15-Day Return Policy
We want customers to understand their options when purchasing Dr Kiseki®. Eligible purchases may be returned under our 15-Day Return Policy, subject to the conditions below.
Return Period
The returned product must arrive at our designated return address within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Please contact our Customer Care Team promptly to obtain return instructions and allow sufficient time for delivery.
Return Condition
The device must be returned in good condition, together with its original packaging, manuals and included items.
Please pack the items securely to protect them during transportation. Returned items will be inspected to confirm their condition and completeness.
Main Device Refund
The Dr Kiseki® main unit is eligible for a refund of 100% of its purchase price, subject to inspection and compliance with this policy.
This refers to the price attributable to the main unit. It does not mean that the entire package price will necessarily be refunded, because accessory charges and other applicable deductions may apply.
Accessories
Accessories such as electrode pads, hand grips, foot pads and waist belts are personal-use items that come into direct contact with the body.
- Accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. As a goodwill arrangement, we may offer a buyback of up to 50% of their value, depending on their condition following inspection.
Any goodwill buyback amount will be communicated after inspection.
Complimentary Waist Belt
The waist belt is provided free with the purchase of the full set.
If the full-set purchase is returned, the complimentary waist belt becomes chargeable and its disclosed value will be deducted from the refund.
Waist belt value: RM1,800.00
Instalment Processing Fee
For returns of purchases made under the Easy Payment Instalment Plan, a RM1,500 processing fee applies. This fee does not apply to purchases paid in full outside that plan.
Return Delivery Costs
Customers bear the courier costs of returning items under this voluntary return policy. These costs are non-refundable. Please retain your courier receipt and tracking details.
Refund Calculation
The refund will reflect:
- The refundable main-unit amount;
- Any eligible accessory refund or goodwill buyback;
- The applicable waist belt charge; and
- The instalment processing fee, where applicable.
We will provide an itemised explanation of the refund and deductions. Item values and applicable charges will be disclosed before purchase.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Refunds will be arranged through the original payment channel where required by the bank or payment provider. The time taken for funds to appear in your account may depend on your provider.
For instalment purchases, please continue following your bank's payment instructions until the bank confirms any adjustment or cancellation.
How to Request a Return
Contact us with your name, order or invoice number, delivery date and details of the items you wish to return.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from your order, contact us promptly so we can assess and arrange the appropriate remedy.
The time limit, hygiene restrictions and charges under this voluntary return policy do not override remedies available under applicable consumer law.
