15 Days Return Policy
At Dr Kiseki, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase.
If there are no improvements, you may return your therapy device within 15 days of receiving it.
Return Eligibility Guidelines
Criteria for Returning Your Device

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
(The returned product must arrive at Dr Kiseki within this period.) -
The device must be in good condition, complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Main Device

The Dr Kiseki main unit is eligible for a 100 % refund of its purchase price once received and inspected
Accessories
Our accessories including electrode pads, hand grips, foot pads, and waist belts are personal-use items that come into direct contact with the body.
For hygiene reasons, opened accessories are non-returnable.
However, as a goodwill gesture, Dr Kiseki may buy back up to 50 % of the accessory value, depending on the condition upon return.
Unopened accessories with seals intact are eligible for a full refund.
Waist Belt (Free Gift Policy)
The waist belt is provided free of charge only with the purchase of the full set.
If the purchase is cancelled and returned, the waist belt becomes chargeable as part of the package, and its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Fees and Courier Costs

A RM 1,500 processing fee applies only to returns made under the Easy Payment Installment Plan.

Courier fees for sending the device back are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 working days after the returned items are received and inspected.
Actual refund amounts may vary slightly depending on purchase price or payment plan (cash or instalment).
